Our well-kept and family-run B&B is located in the centre of Selva di Val Gardena, but is very quietly situated on the flowery meadow of the Freina ski slope.
The Garni Maria is an excellent starting point for mountain bike tours and Dolomites tours by car or motorbike.
By car or motorbike:
Take the A22 Brennero motorway to the Chiusa/Val Gardena exit. Then take the SS 242 towards Val Gardena, where you will reach Selva after about 30 minutes. When you reach Selva di Val Gardena, follow the main street "Mëisules" until the steel pedestrian bridge (part of the orange Sellaronda ski tour), turn right immediately after the bridge and then straight ahead into Freina Street 9 » Calcolate route
By train:
There are good IC and EC connections from Milan, Venice, Verona also from Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. They lead via Munich, Innsbruck, Brennero to Bressanone or Bolzano. Some trains also stop in Chiusa. From Bressanone, Chiusa or Bolzano a bus service takes you comfortably to Val Gardena several times a day. » Train timetable

The location of the Garni Maria allows direct access to the Sellaronda.
